Regional One Health is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner for Hollywood Clinic in Memphis, TN. JOB SUMMARY:# Acts as the primary health care provider performing health care assessments, diagnosis, treatment, preventive health care, instructions and follow-up care to patients in the management of patient and family care following established protocols. JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION:# Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.# Additional training may be required for specialty areas.# Qualified by education, training or experience to work with the adult and/or geriatric patient population as specialty assignment dictates. EXPERIENCE:# Twenty-four (24) months clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.# Demonstrated ability to independently work and make clinical assessments.# Additional experience may be required in assigned specialty area. LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION:# Nurse Practitioner certification or registry eligible required.
