Nurse Practitioner, Head And Neck Oncology, Poughkeepsie, NY

Vassar Brothers Medical Center, located in Poughkeepsie, NY, just 75 minutes north of New York City, is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner to coordinate, oversee and provide advanced nursing care to surgical Head and Neck oncology patients. This position works collaboratively with surgical, medical, and radiation oncologists, supportive care team and nursing staff.

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for carrying out the plan of care for his/her patient panel, will contribute to the actualization of the philosophy and objectives of the Oncology Division and will participate in performance improvement and research activities.

Located on the banks of the scenic Hudson River, Vassar Brothers Medical Center has a brand new 696,000-square-foot, eight-level inpatient pavilion with 264 private medical/surgical patient rooms and 30 critical care rooms. Working conditions:

Essential:

salary : $120,000-$140,000 annually
