WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an experienced Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner with 2 3 years' experience, to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Center Grove Internal Medicine in Indianapolis, IN.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have background in Geriatrics, with focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

• No call expectation

• Average outpatient volume: 15 - 22 patients per day

• Common Diagnoses:

• Common Cold

• Flu

• Diabetes

• Hypertension

• COPD

• Depression

• Preventative Visits

• Medicare Wellness Checks
