Under the supervision of a Medical Director/Physician provides assesses, plans and provides patient care under the authority of a physician's plan by performing the following duties.
Help people live better lives by:
Provides total onsite nursing care to patients under the direction of a physician.
Works with Erickson Health Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan.
Takes after hours calls, triages and documents interaction with residents.
Administers prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques.

What we require:
Requires a bachelor's degree
2 - 4 years of clinical experience.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:
Licensed Registered Nurse; appropriate degree and certification required for a Nurse Practitioner. Must meet any state requirements pertaining to a Nurse Practitioner.
