Commonwealth Pain & Spine (CP&S) is one of the fastest growing, progressive, comprehensive pain management groups in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Our team of friendly physicians are all board certified in pain medicine and anesthesiology and take the time to educate our staff.

Our facilities are brand new with the latest technology. We have a team/family-oriented culture with great hours, competitive pay, benefits, and open interaction between our staff and management. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and assess patient's clinical issues and health care needs Record physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition and the doctor's plan of treatment Evaluations and Re-evaluations of established patients Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment when needed. Discusses the case with Physician and other health professionals to prepare a comprehensive patient care plan Performs pain management injections for specific diagnoses according to practice protocols Prescribe/Order as medically indicated:- Diagnostics- Therapeutics- Medication- Pain Management Procedures- DME Eagerness and ability to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects Supports the vision and culture of the organization.

Demonstrates personal commitment through active involvement in the performance improvement process All other duties as assigned Common Conditions We Treat: Back/Neck Pain, Spinal Stenosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, Herniated Disc, Radicular Pain, Facet Disease, Joint Pain, Arthritis, Neuropathic Pain, Myofascial Pain Common Pain Management Treatments We Offer: Facet Injections, Medical / Opioid Management, Epidurals, Spinal Cord Stimulation, Medial Branch Blocks, Radiofrequency Ablation, Joint Injections, Occipital Nerve Blocks, Trigger Point Injections Our Physicians:

All of our physicians are Board Certified and Fellowship Trained in Pain Medicine and Board Certified in Anesthesiology. Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Highly proficient with computers especially:

EMR Software, Meaningful Use, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to manage high levels of stress and capable of making sound difficult decisions Very structured, organized, consistent, pleasant, cheerful, yet professional personality, who will earn the respect of patients and co-workers immediately Must be incredibly punctual.
