Nurse Navigator - Spine Care Clinic

What You Can Expect:

The Nurse Navigator is a patient advocate. They will triage incoming referrals and patient calls.

This requires general knowledge of spine wellness and the ability to recognize potential red flag symptoms. This role requires critical thinking and independent decision making skills. The Nurse Navigator will work closely with providers and medical assistance in patient care coordination for Treasure Valley Clinics (Meridian and Nampa).

Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors of Nursing Degree

• Experience: 2 years' of RN experience

• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice
