POSITION: Head/Elementary Nurse

• Immediate Opening
• $41,000 Starting salary
• Full board paid benefits package including health, dental and vision insurances as well as short-term/long-term disability
• 151 DAYS day calendar with a four day work week schedule (Tuesday - Friday)
• 2024-2025 School Year
• Summers vacation

Some Responsibilities Include:

• Maintains up-to-date cumulative health records on all students and reports to the school principal those students in compliance with health requirements.
• Administers medication and first aid as necessary per established procedures.
• Makes notification to parents of students who may be in need of additional medical and dental services.
• Prepares and submits in a timely manner necessary reports.
• Requisitions supplies as needed.
• Maintains a record of students and staff who have been seen and/or treated by the school nurse.
• Advises school personnel with regard to health matters related to students in the school.
