Various Shifts Are Available!

In this rewarding role, you will provide direct patient care to geriatrics, adults, adolescents and children with psychiatric disorders to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • This position will monitor staffing needs on assigned shifts

  • Responsible for assisting the DON in evaluating, reviewing, designing and implementing hospital training events with respect to all RN//MHT staff required training

  • Provides, on as-needed basis, patient nursing assessments

  • Working Manager who is equipped in taking the pulse of the Units, provide additional support for new and current staff as well reeducation standards

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Nursing, Masters stongly preferred. Strong communication skills, excellent customer service and organization skills, highly effective listening skills, and strong clinical skills.

  • Experience: Two (2) years of related Management experience, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding of mental illness, preferred.

  • Additional Requirements:CPR certification and Completion of Handle With Care training within 90 days of employment.
