Under direction of transplant administrator and TFP nursing leadership and in conjunction with the transplant team, assumes leadership responsibility for coordinating the delivery of care for the transplant patient. Supervises, evaluates, guides and counsels the interdisciplinary team members and patients throughout the transplant phases.
Coordinates patient scheduling for optimal patient experience. Orchestrates the care of patients with end stage organ disease.
Education
Bachelors Degree : in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program. (Required)
Masters Degree : in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program. (Preferred)
Experience
2 Years experience in Transplant (Required)
3 Years experience in nursing. (Required)
General experience and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record. (Required)
General Experience in critical care (Preferred)
Supervisory experience (Preferred)
License/Certifications
RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
CCTC - Cert Clinical Transplant Coord (Preferred)
