Job Details
Our Nurse Manager is responsible for the daily clinical operations of the Perioperative areas in coordination with the Director of Perioperative Services.
Our Nurse Manager will:
Mentor, supervise, and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire continual professional growth
Participate in managing budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling
Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience
Share responsibility for meeting regulatory agency requirements, and provide oversight for the standard of practice utilized in their patient care areas
What you'll bring:
Passion for Perioperative Services & Nursing Leadership
2-5 Years of recent clinical experience in the acute care Perioperative setting required; OR experience preferred.
Previous leadership experience
Regulatory knowledge
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred
Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Salary Range
USD $130,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
