Responsibilities HRI Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Manager to join our skilled and dedicated team of psychiatric professionals providing service excellence to our patients in a range of inpatient and partial programs and services. This is a Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, salaried position.

This position eligible for a competitive sign-on bonus! As the Nurse Manager, you will: Provide 24/7 management and clinical oversight of the Dual Diagnosis and 3 South Units Manage and educate unit staff Direct the therapeutic milieu by establishing priorities Develop and maintain unit level standards by collaborating with appropriate department heads and unit staff Collaborate with nursing supervisors in assuring that unit staffing patterns are maintained according to census and clinical need Participate in preparation for regulatory surveys Work collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure excellent patient care About Us HRI Hospital is 62-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs.

All candidates will be required to show valid proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 before commencing work or commit to obtaining full vaccination within 30 days of commencing work, unless they receive an approved exemption from Maplewood. Maplewood will require unvaccinated candidates to obtain their first dose prior to commencing work and then obtaining a second dose with in thirty days after the first dose.
