You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your assigned unit, ensuring that all staff adhere to the highest standards of patient care and safety. The unit under your leadership will specialize in post-acute care, providing a supportive environment for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Your responsibilities will include supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall patient experience.
