Community hospital looking to bring on an Emergency Department Nurse Manager Ensure high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the department. Monitor and evaluate the provision of nursing care. 10 bed ER, 1 trauma room. 40-50 daily census.

Licensed RN with BSN, Masters preferred. 3 years’ pediatric ED experience in a healthcare setting. 3 years’ experience in a leadership role required in an acute care setting. Basic Life Support certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification (PALS) required within 90 days of hire. Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) preferred.
