Under the direction of the Sr.

Nursing Director, is responsible for directing and coordinating the daily departmental Nursing practice activities of the peri-operative department. Collaborates with the Sr.

Nursing Director to manage and direct the execution of professional nursing practice on a day-to-day and shift-to-shift basis. Responsible and accountable for planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the staff development and educational activities for assigned area(s). Assures the quality of patient care delivered on assigned unit(s) through the assessment, coaching, and development of the nursing staff.

Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse licensure.

CNOR and ACLS required. BSN required; MSN preferred. Minimum five years related clinical experience and at least one-year experience in the clinical preceptor and/or resource role.

Minimum three years' experience in teaching preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience required. Interpersonal skills essential to handle sensitive issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Or an equivalent combination of above.

Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications. * 6+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Medical Information). * 4+ years of experience building software products. * Experience with Regulatory Information Management-oriented products and services. * Experience eliciting and drafting use cases and business/user requirements. * Capable of translating high level business requirements into detailed functional requirement documentation. This would include mock-ups, process diagrams, entity details and database table updates. * Effective leadership and communication skills. Preferred Qualification: * M.S degree in a related field or MBA Degree. * 3+ years of Labeling-oriented products and services experience or a combination of 3+ years regulatory and/or related experience. * Understanding of Company Core Data Sheets, agency-required Labeling, and product package labels. * Understanding of XML-based labeling submissions such as SPL, XEVMPD, and/or IDMP. * Experience with content management systems, content authoring and workflow processes. * Experience with structured authoring tools. * Project management experience in an agile development environment.
