Join Our Team as a Nurse Manager!

Friendship Village Tempe is looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Manager to lead with care and make a difference!

Schedule: requires availability including some weekends and holidays

Pay:

LPN - $70,705-$77,775/year (based on experience)

RN - $84,911 - $93,402/year (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain nursing standards and policies
• Support staff, residents, and families for top-notch care
• Step in for the Director of Nursing as needed

What You'll Need:

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Minimum of five years experience in supervisory capacity in a hospital or extended care facility, or BSN.
• Ability to incorporate all aspects of nursing in total resident care plans.
• A sincere desire to work with the elderly and those with limited capacity for self care.
• Capacity to grasp new theories and principles and implement them within the health center.
• Possess excellent clinical assessment skills.
• Possess basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn software related to nursing duties.
