Note: Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level Job Summary As Nursing Manager II Abdominal Transplant, you shape a positive team environment, ensure high-quality nursing practices, teamwork, and patient safety. You create plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and manage quality improvement efforts.

Arrange educational programs to meet goals and act as caregiver when needed. What You'll Do Formulate and communicate a clear vision for nursing practices within your area of responsibility. Involve supervisory and other staff in setting and accomplishing departmental goals.

Continually update your knowledge base with the latest evidence-backed clinical and leadership practices. Foster a healing and supportive environment for patients, families, and fellow staff members. Recognize development needs and facilitate educational opportunities for staff members.

Set a positive example of professionalism within the nursing field and work atmosphere. Incorporate the organization's mission and goals into strategies for staff and patient care. What Will Make You Successful In The Role Knowing nursing practices, follow healthcare laws, and communicate well.

    Abdominal Transplant SHIFT/SCHEDULE: Full time days including working with the night and weekend shifts Qualifications Bachelor's degree. A minimum of three years' professional experience is required for this role.

  • CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
