We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. This is a direct hire, full-time position with daytime hours, offering a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $102,000, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Foster effective communication with staff, patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Implement management systems and processes to achieve organizational objectives.
• Lead and inspire staff towards meeting high standards of nursing care.
• Utilize analytical skills for departmental assessments and interventions.
• Manage resources efficiently to provide compassionate and fiscally responsible care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Professional Nurse Program.
• Current NYS License as a Professional Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of two years of Nursing or Long Term Care experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Meditech preferred.

Facility Highlights:

Our facility offers 130 Skilled Nursing beds, 20 Behavioral beds, and a Respite bed. We provide comprehensive care across four units, including neurobehavioral and secure units for residents with cognitive impairments. Our Life Enrichment Program caters to residents with dementia, offering therapeutic activities and personalized music programs. Additionally, we feature a restaurant for families to enjoy meals with their loved ones.
