NURSE MANAGER, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Horizon Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to work on the inpatient psychiatric units at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate delivery of overall nursing care to patients for the psychiatric service at St. Joes

• Provide managerial support in conjunction with the Program Director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the unit.

• Contribute to the program, nursing, and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program

Qualifications

• Requires BSN (MSN preferred) with 3 or more years previous inpatient acute care psychiatric management experience in a hospital; or acute care inpatient psychiatric experience plus other management experience.
