Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

Full-Time: 64+ hours per 2 week pay period

Casual Call: Build your own schedule

• 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend

Part-Time: 16+ hours per 2 week pay period

Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!

AM: 6:00am-2:30pm | 6:00am-6:30pm | 8 or 12 hour weekend shift option

PM: 2:00pm

• 10:30pm

NOC: 10:00pm

• 6:30am | 6:00pm-6:30am | 8 or 12 hour weekend shift option

Nurse

• LPN or RN

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking Nurses to join the team of healthcare professionals at our skilled nursing and rehab facility, Riverside Transitional Care. These individuals will bring their high-quality clinical skills and can-do attitude to the team.

The successful candidates can be either a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for providing assistance to our rehab, geriatric, and or/memory care populations

• Coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing care

• Provide treatments

• Administer medications

• Assist with activities of daily living as needed

• Provide guidance and leadership when necessary to Nurse Technicians, Certified Nursing Assistants, Certified Medication Assistants, and Support Aids.

What You'll Need

• Current license to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.

• Current CPR Certification

• An expert in any chronic geriatric disease is a plus, but we will train the right fit for our team!

• Previous experience working in long term care or previous acute care experience, preferred

Our Wages

• Part-Time LPN - Starting Wage: $29.00+

• Full-Time LPN - Starting Wage: $30.00+

• Part-Time RN - Starting Wage: $36.50+

• Full-Time RN - Starting Wage: $37.50+

• Pay based on experience and qualifications

• We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.

• Premium Pay if opting for Every Weekend Position

• PM Differential, Increased NOC, and New Weekend Differentials apply!
