Baptist Health is hiring a Nurse Educator to join the Learning and Development team. This position will be focused on Neuro Critical Care Education. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus.

Responsibilities include:

• Provides initial and ongoing education to staff.

• Designs, develops and delivers educational programs and interventions in accordance with approved objectives and organizational goals.

• Maintains skills and knowledge of best practices.

• Incorporates principles of HPI into all programs and interventions.

• At least 5 years experience in acute care.

*Experience in Neuro Critical Care.
