Nurse Educator Lead

Gifford is seeking a Nurse Educator Lead to join our Nursing Education department.

The Clinical Nurse Educator Lead provides general oversight and coordination of clinical staff development delivered by the Nurse Education team. This position is responsible for development, coordination, execution, support and completion of project assessments, project advancements, parameter setting, workflow mapping, tools and resources focused on training initiatives. The Nurse Educator Lead also serves as a front-line educator within the team and is instrumental in the development of the Nursing educational programs; including, but not limited to, orientation, ongoing competency and new program support.

Requirements:

• MSN required

• 5 years of nursing, clinical educator, or nursing instructor experience required

• Minimum of 3 years management/leadership experience preferred

• ACLs and BLS certification

• PAL and/or NRP preferred
