Green Country Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Nursing Coordinator
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Nursing Coordinator
Makes routine daily rounds to assure proper care and a safe, clean resident environment.
Assures accuracy and completeness of medical records (Nursing notes, MAR's, physician orders, etc.).
Scheduling of staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance.
Participate in the admission of new residents - including conducting resident evaluations as assigned.
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident, and communicating any changes to Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care.
Participate in staffing, scheduling, and end evaluation of nursing associates.
Functions in the capacity of the Director of Assisted Living & Memory care in their absence; including "on-call" status that can include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
Minimum LPN/LVN degree in Nursing required.
Minimum on (1) year experience in Nursing experience in assisted living, memory care preferred.
Infection Prevention certification/education preferred
Experience serving in a leadership/management roll with oversight of staff members preferred
