Job Description:

Requirement:

• State of CT RN license.
• Must also possess minimum requirements of a school nurse as outlined by the St of CT Dept. of Public Health (see attached)
• Attend a mandatory training (Date and time TBD)
• Up to 3 hours of ESY preparation prior to ESY starting (date and time TBD)
• NOTE: must be able to work the entire program time. Hiring needs are based on student enrollment.
• Must report 15 minutes prior to start of program and remain 15 minutes after

Program Dates and Hours:

• June 22, 2025 - July 31, 2025, Monday- Thursday, 8:00 am- 2:30 pm
