We are seeking a Full-Time Field Nurse Case Manager to cover the Las Vegas area. This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work related injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. The Case Manager works with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers and employees, and closely monitors the progress of the injured worker and reports results back to the employer and insurance carrier.

Also responsible for managing merchandise flow-through and replenishment processes. Consistently maintains store appearance to company guidelines and keep in a neat, clean, well-stocked environment. Adhere to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation and visual appearance. Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store meetings to ensure the accurate communication of company initiatives, communications, policies and procedures, as well as updates to the daily operations of the store. Ensures associate understanding of company benefits, directives, and other programs. Obtains and maintains Sales Leader certification and other position specific certifications as required.
