Job Summary:

Provides direct patient care, treatments, and diagnostic studies, and other support services, dictated by patient needs.

Education

• Required:

• High School Diploma/GED

Education

• Preferred:

• Successful completion of role orientation and ongoing in-service and continuing education programs.

Experience

• Required:

• less than 1 year Experience in the direct provision of patient care activities, treatments, and/or diagnostic studies.
