The Contact Center's friendly staff supports and promotes the organization's physician and services while ensuring that all telephone inquiries are responded to in a comprehensive and considerate manner.

If you are friendly, enjoy working with people, and want to be a part of a new program, you could be a Nurse Advice Line, RN in our Contact Center. In this role, you will provide nurse advice over the phone and direct patients to the most appropriate setting of care. We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, is a quick learner, has some urgent care, ED, or critical care nursing experience and shares our commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.

Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawai'i Registered Nurse license.

Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Three (3) to five (5) years of Urgent Care Clinic, Emergency Department, or Critical Care nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.

More than five (5) years of Urgent Care Clinic, Emergency Department, or Critical Care nursing experience. At least three (3) to five (5) years of Epic electronic medical record utilization experience.
