Nuclear Medicine Technologist Full Time Days

Up to $15,000 Sign-On bonus based on experience

Position Summary

Performs Nuclear Medicine procedures by the administration of Radiopharmaceuticals. Maintains accurate patient records of administered radiopharmaceuticals and adjunct medications for compliance with proper authorities.

Thorough knowledge of radiation protection standards, devices and techniques. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enable accurate patient positioning and ability to judge the acceptability of diagnostic images. Perform RSO functions as delegated by Network RSO. Must have knowledge of TDSHS regulations for Radioactive/ Radiation emitting equipment.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Education: Completion of accredited Nuclear Medicine Program

Required Licenses/Certifications: Nuclear Medicine Certification by ARRT and/or NMTCB.

MRT/ TMB certification. CPR Certification

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience with RSO duties.

• Knowledge of TDSHS regulations of Radioactive/ Radiation emitting equipment.

• Good communication and customer service skills.
