Job Summary: Prepares and administers radioactive medication to patients for therapeutic or imaging purpose. Performs nuclear cardiac imaging for the cardiac patient population by operating the nuclear camera. Provides technical support to medical professionals and Physicians for the diagnosis ,treatment, and care of the cardiac patient population. Education

Knowledge of nuclear medicine equipment and understanding of how to use it appropriately and safely to prevent radiation exposure as low as reasonably achievable. Certifications

  • Required: BLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire and NMT - Certified Nuclear Medicine Tech Upon Hire or ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire

This will include such jobs that require a relatively high skill level having a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the processes involved in their work. Candidates for this position will be required to exercise considerable independent judgment and usually receive an extensive period of training. Maintenance techs may work in a cold or warm environment doing a variety of tasks such as troubleshooting repairing work, performing preventative maintenance, working around raw meat, working with industrial electricity, hydraulics, bearings, welding, pneumatics, PLC's, vibration analysis, basic waste water, and basic ammonia refrigeration and various buildings and grounds work. Tools may be used including drills, saws, cutting disks, wire brush, hammer, screwdrivers, measuring tools, clamps, wrenches, work stands, pullers, etc. These roles require candidates to wear personal protective equipment and work within food safety requirements to deliver a safe product to the consumer. Work on our Ammonia system and within the utilities department if qualified. Principal Accountabilities * 10% - through supervisor requests, conduct hands on training of machine operators within the Ground Beef Department * 20% - respond to and following up on reactive Maintenance calls in the plant * 40% - conduct preventative maintenance (PM) and follow up repairs from PM's within the facility * 15% - Conduct daily line assignments by receiving a PM and walking assigned lines within department assigned * 15% - all other duties as assigned including maintenance assistance as needed in the entire facility Required Qualifications * At least one year of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on industrial equipment * At least one year of experience using hand tools such as drill press, hand drill, wrenches, threading machines, etc. Preferred Qualifications * Certification in Industrial Electricity I, II, and III * Certification in Motor Controls * Experience troubleshooting with PLC's * Working knowledge of fluid power, hydraulics, and pneumatics * Previous experience with Precision Maintenance * Bi Lingual in English/Spanish * One year of experience TIG Welding * Building Trades (Drywall repair, spackling, Plumbing * Ammonia refrigeration experience * Ammonia certifications * At least two years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
