Document Control Specialist- Birmingham
Description
This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies, systems, and processes for managing and protecting SNC operational records and procedures. The position is responsible for the procedures and records management programs, including revision and maintenance of procedures and licensing documents, administration of program related training, program related audits, and ownership of the fleet document management system (DMS). The purpose of the records and procedures management programs is to assist and lead employees and contracted third parties with compliance in recordkeeping, information, and procedures management requirements outlined in the Company's records and procedures management policies and standards.
