We are currently recruiting for a Nuclear focused Project Manager to manage complex Nuclear construction repair projects. As a Construction Project Manager for STRUCTURAL, you will be accountable for managing Nuclear construction projects involving structural repair related work. This position will be focused on managing specialty repair at the Dominion Surry project. We are open to relocating someone in to the region to specifically work on projects at Dominion Surry. A typical day in the life of our Nuclear Construction Project Manager may include: * Managing self-performed complex nuclear repair and restoration projects * Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions while working with internal contracts teams as needed * Developing and managing schedules in collaboration with field leadership * Maintaining profit & loss responsibility as well as other project financials including projections and forecasting * Providing strong leadership and supervision to project teams (including other Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and field crews) and subcontractors * Working closely with in-house Estimators and Sales teams to assist in reviewing bids and developing proposals * Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships * Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects This position may be for you if you meet the following requirements: * Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil / Structural Engineering or related field of study * Minimum 7 years working in within a Nuclear facility * Ability to work with in the Protected Area (PA) with unescorted access * Demonstrated capability to successfully manage construction projects in the range of $1 Million - $5 Million in contract value * Previous experience managing projects that include structural concrete repair in the nuclear power and energy industry * Strong knowledge of computer based programs including Microsoft Office as well as project management and forecasting tools * Strong leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others * Extensive travel between projects - although this role will focus on Surry for the immediate future If you are an innovative but decisive individual who can work effectively in a highly collaborative, team-based environment then we want to hear from you.
