Summary

As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll oversee a team of Supply Chain professionals. Responsibilities include procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Managing and developing the supply chain team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

• Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.

• Analyzing supply chain regularly to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.

• Developing and implementing efficient workflow vs and supply chain strategics that align with company objectives and goals.

• Monitoring supplier performance and managing relationships with key vendors.

Requirements:

• Possess knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Have an in-depth comprehension of supply chain processes, including sourcing, procuren1ent, production planning, and logistics.

• Proven ability to oversee teams, complex processes, or complex programs.

• Have excellent communication and problem- solving skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

• Ability to set and manage goals, allocate resources, and make high quality, timely decisions.
