Job Description The Naval Computer & Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific (NCTAMS PAC)

provides operational direction and management to all Pacific Naval Telecommunication System

users. In addition to this function, NCTAMS PAC manages, operates, and maintains Defense

Communication System and Naval Telecommunication System assets, and offers a full range of

ADP and information resource services, maintenance and repair, and communication/electronic

and Defense Message System coordination to the United States Navy and other United States

Department of Defence (DoD) activities in the Pacific.

Primary Duties

• Maintenance and repair of buildings involving carpentry, plumbing at NRTF LLL

• Exterior cleaning, corrosion control and painting

• Assist in maintenance of motorized vehicles

• Operate tractors and forklifts to move materials

Additional Duties

• Ability to climb greater than 100 feet

• Ability to lift 35 pounds 3 feet vertically

• Able to carry 50 pounds 50 feet without resting

• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Available for irregular work hours

BAE Systems is responsible for:

• 1,745-acres of grounds maintenance services at Lualulei

• Grounds maintenance around antenna structures at Lualualei and Wahiawa

• Capital equipment maintenance

Wahiawa, HI 96786Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Valid state driver's license

• Valid clearance and ability to maintain

• Valid commercial driver's license

• 5 years of experience in metal surface rust and corrosion prevention and restoration

• Experience with general maintenance, including plumbing and carpentry

• Knowledge and a history of operating standard transmission vehicles

Pay Information

This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which will determine your wages.
