Summary: The NPI Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of new product introductions.

This role requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure that new products are launched on time, within budget, and meet all quality and performance requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Management:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and lead project team meetings, ensuring clear communication of goals, status updates, and action items. Track project progress, manage changes, and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones. 2.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment among engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain departments. Resolve conflicts and address issues that may arise within the project team. 3.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues. 4.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges and ensure successful project delivery. 5.

Resource Management: Ensure that project resources are effectively allocated and utilized. Coordinate with department managers to secure necessary resources and support for project activities. 6.

Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality team to ensure that new products meet all quality and regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. 7.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints. Monitor and control project costs, and report on budget status to senior management. 8.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management and NPI. Capture and share lessons learned from project activities to improve future project performance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification preferred. Minimum of [X] years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools). Experience with risk management and quality assurance processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
