: # Round and discharge on surgical patients at Spartanburg Medical Center # Church Street campus Respond to activated traumas with trauma team Interact with surgical residents; report directly to attending physician Monday # Friday; with 1:4 weekends NO OR duties Special Skills preferred:# chest tube placement and removal, central line placement and removal, stapling and suture removal, tracheostomy management ATLS required (can be obtained post hire); FCCS preferred but not required Screening, Brief Intervention and referral to treatment for alcohol abuse Responsible for Tertiary Surveys Only NP with prior inpatient/surgical/critical care#experience will be considered
