Job Summary

Sentara Medical Group is looking for a flexible, energetic, highly motivated NP or PA who demonstrates strong relationship building and clinical skills to join our office-based Endocrinology clinic in the mountains of Harrisonburg, VA.

Responsibilities include:

●Location: 1871 Evelyn Byrd Ave, Harrisonburg VA 22801

●Schedule: M-F, First patient at 7:40a, last patient at 4:00p

●Provider to see new patients and low complexity follow-ups with diabetes, hypo/hyperthyroidism, PCOS, etc.

●1:3 Critical Lab Rotation

Qualifications:

MLD - Master's Level Degree: Nurse Practitioner (Required), MLD - Master's Level Degree: Nurse Practitioner (Required)

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Certification

• American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification

• American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Certification

• Other/National, Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP)

• Nursing License

• North Carolina, Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP)
