ABOUT THE JOB

The Entry Level Print Inventory and Delivery Associate is a part of our Print/Bindery Department, and will report to the Print Supervisors and Manager. This is an entry level role, though previous inventory/stocking experience is preferred, it is not required - we'll train! If selected for the position, you will be required to complete an introductory period (paid training) to demonstrate overall job fitness.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Day to day you will be responsible for all delivery driving, inventory stocking duties, and assisting the Print Operators. Delivery driving includes pickups (such as materials or prints) and deliveries (including customer products and vendor materials). Inventory stocking includes paper, toner, and other production supplies. This will be consistent, repetitive lifting of materials up to 50 lbs. When there are no inventory or delivery duties, you will assist the Print Operators with their daily responsibilities. This may include replacing machine parts, transporting prints between departments, retrieving necessary supplies, and any other tasks needed to print material such as books, posters, magazines, and other creative materials.

Timeliness, organization, and efficiency is essential to this role to ensure our production materials are ready and available to the departments or customers when needed. This is a fast-paced, heavy print production setting and you need to have attention to detail, work well with others, and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

JOB FEATURES & REQUIREMENTS

You will need to undergo a paid training period with our partner agency as an introduction if selected for the position. The training will be compensated (paid) and the successful completion of the introductory period will be determined by your overall work performance. Failure to meet expectations during the trial period will result in termination.

[Starting Pay with Opportunities for Raises] $18.00 + depending on experience, eligible for raises twice a year based on job performance

[Education] High School diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong basic math and measurement skills (we work with custom sizing)

• Ability to accurately count and record inventory levels.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments.
• Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and paper stock (up to 50 lbs).
• Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming paper stock.
• Operate equipment to cut down stacks of paper to custom sizing.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.
• Prepare and distribute paper stock to various departments as requested.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot inventory issues.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse or stockroom setting.
• Use of standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
