Irvine Company Apartment Communities' Customer Resource Center is located at our headquarters in Irvine, CA. Our Customer Resource Center (CRC) is a call center work environment, where our Leasing Representatives engage with our future residents by offering their expertise and support during their home-finding search.
Handle incoming sales by phone, e-mail and online chat and manage all follow up.
Engage, Discover, Build Value and Advance each prospective resident calling in, and follow up until they have set an appointment, found a home within our portfolio, or decided not to move.
Provide information regarding specific communities as well as services offered with the goal of generating leases for the sites.
Input all activity into company provided databases (Pivotal/PCIC, One Site, Pricing Tool) in a timely and accurate manner.
Stay up to date with all promotions/leasing incentives.
Accurately and completely communicate the benefits and features of the ICAC portfolio.
Assist in marketing your assigned communities to generate phone traffic.
Ability to work in a team environment supporting each other to exceed customer expectations and sales goals.
Provide accurate information to residents in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable residents' requests or requirements. Recite all communities services, hours of operations, policies, etc.
Assist all residents by handling incoming maintenance service requests to support our onsite teams.
Identify and escalate priority issues. Follow documented policies and procedures to escalate and resolve emergency maintenance service requests and security/parking concerns.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and insure follow up with resident prospect is completed as well as follow through of service requested.
Utilize the computer system in running daily reports.
Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, prospects, employees and outside contacts.
Perform various tasks and projects as needed. Including administrative support when not busy with direct customer interactions
Maintain company's customer service and sales standards.
Embody the ICAC Core Values and At Our Core Initiative, daily.
High school diploma from an accredited institution.
General education degree.
Previous experiences in a sales, retail, customer service or a call center.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work weekends.
Able to handle multiple customer contacts and issues simultaneously.
Calm demeanor and solid problem solving skills with sound judgement is mandatory.
Understand, apply, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Dependable vehicle along with a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
