Requirements
Server Essential Duties:
- Greets guests in a friendly manner after being seated.
- Answer questions about menu items including ingredients, preparation, and accompaniments
- Takes guest beverage and food order accurately
- Rings up order in the Micros system quickly and accurately
- Delivers food expeditiously ensuring food is served at the appropriate temperature with the correct accompaniments and garnishes.
- Checks back with guests to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Employs suggestive selling techniques to increase guest check average and sales.
- Reports any perceived guest dissatisfaction to Manager-on-Duty in a timely manner.
- Observes guests to respond to any needs throughout their dining experience.
- Maintains table appearance by pre-bussing, checking drink levels, and removing clutter.
- Totals guest check and presents upon removal of final plates.
Host Essential Duties:
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
- Attend to customers upon entrance.
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages.
- Take and serve orders.
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products.
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
- Issue bills and accept payment.
Line Cook Essential Duties:
- Prepares menu items to recipe requirements and adheres to product sensitivity and plat presentation guidelines.
- Has a working knowledge of cooking stations, menu items, and prep procedures to ensure correct portioning, quality, cooking time and performance standards.
- Keeps cooking line clean; stocks and rotates products on line.
- Keeps prepared food continuously moving out of the kitchen.
- Commutes ticket times and potential service problems, safety issues, and product/equipment deficiencies to the Food Production Manager or Manager-on-Duty in a timely manner.
- Keeps updated on promotions and recipe changes. Ensures proper recipe procedures to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Anticipates, identifies and corrects equipment breakdowns as qualified.
- Performs all other work functions for which employee is qualified as required by business need.
Prep / Bake Essential Duties:
- Prepares menu items to recipe requirements and adheres to product sensitivity and plat presentation guidelines.

Dish / Bus Essential Duties:
- Provides guests and employees with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment.
- Operates and maintains the dish machine and disposal, including disassembly and assembly.
- Properly uses chemicals, including cleaning and sanitizing agents.
- Sorts, racks and washes all wares according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the dish room.
- Anticipates, identifies and communicates any system breakdowns to Manager-on-Duty.
- Empties and cleans trash receptacles and transfers bags to outside dumpster.
- Cleans heart of the house, including floors, walls, ceiling, all counters and shelves, and employee restrooms.
- Cleans and maintains the restrooms and parking lot.
