Responsibilities:
  • Log tax notices that come in via mail and ROCs

  • Research notices and respond to tax agencies

  • Update tracking of notices in SPR applications

  • Notify customer of notice resolution

  • Amend tax returns as needed to resolve notice

  • Research and respond to ROC, agency and customer requests

  • Prepare and file amended return requests submitted by ROCs

  • Update tracking of amended return requests in case system

  • Update tax filing systems with change requests submitted through SPR applications

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred

  • 2+ years experience of customer service and problem resolution

  • Payroll taxation knowledge and FPC training preferred

  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
