You will have a unique and exciting career as the Team Administrator & Marketing Specialist for the Northeast Region Team located at the Clark, NJ Customer Business Center.
Key Responsibilities include:
1.Partner with the Northeast Region Associate Director to lead execution of Wakefern and Northeast Team administrative, operating systems and processes to enable the Northeast Team, and
2.Partner with Northeast and National Scale Marketing Managers in program design and execution of scale marketing events that drive our business; including vendor management, budget tracking, customer communication and relationship building with Customers and Vendors. You will lead execution of scale marketing events for Price Chopper, Wegmans, Demoulas, Big Y and Bozzuto's to drive our business.
You should be self-motivated, highly organized, independent, and operate with high degree of executional excellence and operational discipline to enable and accelerate both the Northeast Region Team Leader and Northeast Region Marketing partners.
Qualifications for this role:
You must have at least a Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years of Administrative experience
Candidate must have excellent problem solving skills.
Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Strong oral, written communication and grammar skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, thoroughness and follow-up, exceptional organizational skills. Requires ability to handle a demanding workload, and balance self-managed task/projects along with management support needs.
Must be able to set priorities and work well both independently and in team efforts.
Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook).
Strong marketing project management, budget management and technical agility to leverage company systems to process payments.
