North American Program Manager. Troy, MI.

Program manager for Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) automotive programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams in assuring "flawless-launch" execution and meet program financials. Establish and manage Project Plans and coordinate transitions and operational activities to drive accountability.

Schedule gate reviews and program updates. Resolve issues between functional staff and lead the escalation process. Maintain master timing and provide leadership to keep program on time.

Requires Master of Science in Quality Management and two years of experience with acting as primary interface to global automotive customers and engineering management and program management on automotive programs, attending design reviews and pre-production builds, supporting teams on new business pursuit product quote analysis, managing engineering deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality, lowest-cost launch of embedded content within program, and coordinating design change implementation. Responsibilities and duties: * Establish KPI's that provide our customers perspective of the service they receive, as well as ensure that working capital levels are meeting the businesses expectations * Define, develop and deploy a plan to continuously improve SIOP processes that are centered around accuracy, transparency and cross-functional collaboration; thereby delivering a plan that gives the business its best opportunity to deliver favorable results * Define, develop and deploy an organizational structure that has the appropriate skill sets and ability to stimulate cross-functional, facilitate conversations with the appropriate level of business acumen, and successfully execute inventory schedules to support sales growth while optimizing inventory levels * Lead the coordination and execution of the monthly SIOP process * Develop and execute to working capital strategies and goals that improve inventory turns in a predictable manner while ensuring service is not sacrificed * In an effort to ensure continuous improvement occurs, beyond day to day processes and procedures; train, develop and coach the organization in continuous improvement and problem solving methodologies Delphi Troy MI
