The Program Manager serves as the Partner Relationship Manager for a number (to be determined by mgmt.) of Certified Implementation Partners.
Makes implementation collateral available to Partners
Answers basic billing and project methodology questions
Manage CIPs for execution of program best practices and delivery of larger volume of projects with improvement in metrics (Effort scores, DTV, Hours invested in projects by partners and SAP Concur, to drive efficiencies)
Coordinates Partner training
Business planning on who when and how many partners are needed
Builds and maintains strong relationships with BD, Sales and Services to ensure the CSP/CIP programs are creating value for SAP Concur
Aligns regionally with BD, Sales and Services on Partner vetting, onboarding and ongoing relationship management
CIP programmatic delivery executing for specific countries, markets and regionally to scale and impact global co-deployment results
Involved in escalations as necessary to support Partner, SAP Concur and customer joint success
Assist Partners with Wiki navigation
Service Desk Assistance
Case management responsibility for questions related to owned Partners
