The "Fortive Pending Acquisition of Advanced Sterilization Products (Fortive/ASP)" is searching for a strong recruiter to join the new Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a critical role in helping build out several key positions to stand-up Fortive/ASP, build new process, capability, and overall team strategy. You'll help drive and influence the talent pipeline across the organization. Your impact will be to:
Create and implement a sourcing strategy for the business to meet current staffing needs and build a pipeline for future roles ensuring quality, cost effectiveness, and speed.
Execute the recruiting process end to end while effectively utilizing the process, systems, and tools (full life cycle recruiting).
Conduct in-depth intake meetings with leaders to ensure alignment on position, impact, and expectations while providing market insights and education.
Identify the best online sourcing channels for different candidate segments.
Leverage technology to locate, engage, and attract prospective candidates.
Identify the top-performing employees at talent competitors and use the right messages to reach high-quality candidates.
Proactively cold call passive candidates and create a compelling story.
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates under active consideration for assigned requisitions by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates.
Organize targeted outreach events in the industry and on-site in our office.
Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate for a position.
Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process.
Negotiate with candidates against counter-offers.
Here's what we'll need from you:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is highly preferred.
5 or more years of recruitment experience, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the needed skills.
3 or more years of experience in full cycle recruiting.
Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence.
Ability to influence hiring managers' talent decisions by providing value-adding recruiting-related advice.
Ability to comprehensively understand the business strategy and connect it to a talent strategy.
Capacity to anticipate future talent needs of the organization and build a steady stream of prospective talent.
Deep knowledge of the labor market(s) and talent pools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and consensus building skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs.
Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a highly matrixed organization.
