This role is responsible for a seamless operational flow between Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Planners and Customer Service. With understanding of strategic plans and internal customers' needs, the incumbent develops processes and tools for product offering including effective selling information, allocation of product, with a strong analytical bias.

Essential Job Functions:
Owns the Demand Management Process (collecting, analyzing & reporting).
Manages order control and order prioritization during supply shortages (allocations)
Representative activities include analysis of pricing and price points, analysis of distribution partners, monitoring of market share, supporting sales in acquisition of new customers and launch of new products.
Ensure proper pricing documentation and control price record management (Resource/Price Card Maintenance)
Acts as problem resolution commercial focal point, including resolution and timely closure of QMs
Prepares supporting documentation for Monthly calls (NAA S&OP, Sales Monthly Call)
Updates Formula Prices and communicates accordingly.
Responsible for market participation reporting and analysis (ACC).
Approve and monitor standard commercial samples/follow up with Sales/TS.
Serves as cross-functional interface within the business.
Leader of Customer Success Team Drive focus and customer perceived value across the Epoxy envelope. Quality notification (QN): validation, follow up and corrective action.
Maintains Market Segment Assignments in SAP.
Gathers and Analyzes import data (PIERS/Datamyne).
Responsible for implementing, optimizing, updating sample sourcing strategy to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Maintains and Monitors implementation of transactional service standards (TSS)
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineer, Chemistry, Marketing or Business Administration
Market and customer orientation
Business acumen and credibility
Strong analytical skills
SAP Knowledge (Diamond Systems)
Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc)
Degree must be from a school that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of Education of the U.S. Department of Education
