The North America DTC Window Coordinator is accountable for driving brand strategy and traffic through the execution of compelling window displays and storytelling in Outlet, Brand, and Employee Store channels.
Update and maintain an annual window changeout calendar that is aligned to the Global Brand Marketing calendar, and approved by DTC Channel Managers
Create and maintain a searchable database of window profiles across Brand, Outlet and ES channels to include: number, dimensions, architectural details/drawings, photographs, fixtures, hardware, lighting, mullions, interiors and track type
Working with internal and/or external agencies, and with alignment to the DTC seasonal strategies, develop and execute compelling and creative window executions for each of the agreed-upon initiatives.
Partner with implementation and store operations to ensure budget is maximized and go-backs are minimal
Create, in collaboration with implementation, detailed installation directions by window format for each execution
Provide troubleshooting and response for window installations in real time
Create and set prototypes of key executions in the GBE lab, Woodburn Outlet and/or PDX Flagship for review and approval
Conduct post mortems on executions to identify future opportunities
Provide set and take down dates as part of campaign measurement to determine window effectiveness
Drive ongoing upgrades to window infrastructure through collaborative strategy and planning with DTC leadership.
Ensure new store window sets are included in the new store opening directive and that landlord-specific requirements are addressed, documented and archived in the profiles.
BA with interior design or visual merchandising concentration
5+ years production in store development, visual merchandising, production or agency work
Experience managing and/or directing multi-format widow programs
Advanced understanding of implementing multi-material 3D and 2D display programs within a retail environment.
Solid understanding of architectural plans, elevations, site surveys and reflected ceiling plans
Strong organizational skills and visual presentation skills
Obsessive attention to detail and schedule
Understanding of ADA requirements
Ability to work effectively under deadline and with ongoing change
Ability to travel 20-25% of the time for installations and site surveys
