Drives NET vehicle to transport eligible Medicaid members.
Perform assigned daily transports in safe and timely manner.
Complete all paperwork required for transportation services rendered.
Complete a daily inspection of assigned vehicle before start of the day.
Assist with delivery of public transportation tokens and passes as needed.
Driver must be courteous, patient, and professional at all times, as well as neat and clean in appearance per the driver handbook.
We are Looking for Drivers for the Following areas:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rule, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
All drivers must be at least 25 years of age and have a current valid GA driver license, with no suspension or revocation within the last five years, along with no more than one chargeable accident or moving violation in the last three years.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The work is mostly sedentary with periods of light physical activity, and is performed in offices to surroundings. Typical positions require workers to walk or stand for long periods; lift and carry up to 20 pounds; climb stairs, bend, reach, hold, grasp, and turn objects; and operate computer or typewriter keyboards. The work requires the ability to speak normally and use normal or aided vision and hearing. Subject to work beyond the normal scheduled hours of work to attend evening meetings and work sessions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
