Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Process goods for specific area of operations as assigned by floor lead, supervisor or manager. This includes but is not limited to: handling, lifting, sorting, scanning, picking, pricing, packaging, boxing, and processing inventory as required by corporate policy and procedure
Packing orders utilizing the warehouse management system
Read and follow written instructions and follow system visual cues
Effectively communicate in verbal and written formats
Process orders for accuracy by scanning inventory prior to shipping
Maintain clean and safe equipment, reporting service requests as needed
Assists in building cleanup as required

Qualifications

High School Degree or equivalent
Stable work history
Minimum of 6 months experience and/or training in a productivity measured warehouse environment
Good computer skills with an ability to learn new systems quickly Basic language skills required
Basic math skills

The Packing Operator is the front-line employee who performs the manufacturing processes that add value and quality to the inputs and create the final high-quality final products.
