Non-Profit Controller

A non-profit company serving high-risk families is looking for a Controller. The company delivers culturally sensitive services, influencing legislation and implementing successful programs. The organization has over 350 staff and a $30 million budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance operations (budgeting, accounts, payroll, audits).
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial reporting.
• Train and develop finance staff.
• Collaborate on financial planning with executive team.
• Support organizational goals and improve fiscal processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years in senior nonprofit finance role with a $20M budget.
• Knowledge of A122 and A133 circulars.
• Strong management, analytical, and communication skills.
