Product Management Intern

Technical Product Management Interns will be responsible to assist the Product Managers to complete tasks related to product management and new product development of Analytics and Supply Chain Solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Documenting Supply Chain and Analytics pain points, needs & requirements.

  • User Acceptance testing

  • Supporting Product Managers with all aspects of the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

  • Supporting product managers with specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research

  • Support product managers with preparing, maintaining the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases.

  • Assist in the gathering of product feedback from active and potential customers.

Marketing Intern

As part of a dynamic and fast-paced shared services marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape programs aimed at building our brand and driving demand for our divisions that serve several segments..

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the cross functional marketing team to design, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns (including digital, social, email, ABM and events)

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs within a given budget, as well as develop ongoing performance reporting

  • Manage an A/B testing plan to constantly hone campaign performance

  • Partner with marketing operations and division marcom leads to ensure all reporting and lead generating activities are being tracked properly and followed up

  • Leverage all channels to help generate TOFU leads (webinars, content syndication, third party ads, nurture streams, etc.)

  • Provide division Marcom leaders with weekly updates and maintain interlock across departments

  • Develop and maintain program playbooks to enable sales to inbound initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled student prepared to take internship credit. Emphasis in Marketing, Communications or related field of study is desirable

  • Advanced computer applications skills

  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail

UX/UI Intern

For the duration of this internship, you will be placed with one or a small number of more senior designers, where you will have the opportunity to support a specific Trimble product. In this role, you will help with the execution of a larger design effort by detailing and delivering high-fidelity designs, and assisting with user research or usability studies. Through this hands-on experience, you will gain valuable exposure to the entire user-centered design process and learn how to fit it into the agile development process. You will also have the opportunity to learn about many other product designs that are supported by the greater team.

Responsibilities:

Work with the senior designers to:

  • Audit existing designs,

  • Create wireframes and workflows,

  • Detail design in Figma and Adobe,

  • Use Modus, our design system to create new designs

  • Add new interaction patterns to Modus

  • Use Miro, Jira and GSuite to deliver designs specifications,

  • Write UI/UX spec documentation,

  • Answer development and QA emails and calls for design clarification

  • Participate in team meetings and learn about other projects

Qualifications:

  • Fluency with common design products such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • An undergraduate degree (or working towards) in graphic or visual design, interaction design, product design, UX design, human factors, human computer interaction, or the like

  • A learning mindset, meaning you try and fail, and use the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills

RevenueOps Intern

Interns will gain first-hand experience with the daily operations of product teams. The internship program provides college students the opportunity to learn from seasoned product teams and develop core skills in converting product strategies into business impact in a creative work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and create metrics and reporting stack for emerging team within Revenue Operations

  • Develop KPI measurement dashboards in Qlik and SalesForce

  • Standardize reporting within Salesforce creating a landing page of resources to help scale and inform senior leadership

  • Build dynamic customer whitespace analysis to inform overall account segmentation efforts across organization

  • Assist the RevenueOps analyst team members with reporting, analyses, and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Targeting a student actively completing their bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field

  • Self-starter, tech-savvy, comfortable in getting started with missing data and dealing with ambiguity

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Applicants should have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or better

  • Strong research and analytical abilities

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and sell ideas and actionable solutions to internal and (sometimes) external stakeholders

Customer Support Specialist (Application Support Specialist) Entry Level
