Now hiring Paramedic/AEMT instructors for our Thanksgiving Point campus!

The successful individual shall perform some or all the following duties:
Teach assigned sections in EMS courses.
Prepares instructional materials as necessary.
Instructs, manages, and supervises individuals and groups in classrooms and EMS learning labs using appropriate teaching methods.
Evaluate instruction and learning utilizing appropriate testing methods.
Maintains a student-oriented approach to education.
Maintains and submits accurate and current reports and records involving student accountability, attendance, performance, and follow-up.
Utah licensure in one of the following EMS provider levels: EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic with a current Utah BEMS EMS Instructor endorsement, and AHA BLS Instructor Certification, or
Licensure with a specific healthcare specialty (Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, P.A., N.P., MD/DO, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
AHA ACLS/PALS Instructor (required for AEMT and Paramedic Programs).
Three years of prehospital experience with a 911 system.
Two years of teaching experience.
NAEMT Instructor certification (for Paramedic program).
